An assemblage of Muscat, Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Gewurztraminer. This vintage is very aromatic, and lightly musky. It is a dry and well structured wine for enjoyment in all kinds of contexts, ranging from an aperitif to wine with a meal and friends.
PINOT BLANC VIEILLES VIGNES
Year on year our old Pinot Blanc vine stocks produce a remarkable wine: an alliance of richness and freshness with complex notes of white, smoky and honey-laden fruit.
RIESLING RESERVEA pure, elegant nose, with mineral notes of aniseed and citrus. As a dry, mineral wine it is ideal for serving with fish, seafood and shellfish, as well as dishes typical of Alsace (such as choucroute, or coq au Riesling, for example …)
RIESLING VIGNOBLE DE KATZENTHALOriginating from the granitic slopes of Katzenthal this very distinguished, concentrated long finish wine carries the emblem of its terroir magnificently. Its mineral and floral character, of great purity, ethereal and dry, makes it a gastronomic grand vin. Ideal with all kinds of fish.
MUSCAT VIGNOBLE DE KATZENTHAL
A delicate nose, floral and reminiscent of the Muscat grape. Crisp, dry and smooth, this is a very fine aperitif wine. It should also be tried with asparagus, artichokes and all vegetable types of entrées.
PINOT NOIR RESERVE
A fine, elegant nose and small red fruit. A fresh finish, full-bodied, and slightly spicy. It is very typically Pinot Noir and readily accompanies cooked meats, grills and white meats.
PINOT GRIS RESERVE
Originating in part from the Kaefferkopf Grand Cru, it presents a complex nose mixing together spices, dry fruit and some smoky notes. The finish is full and robust, with a quite dry character. This is the archetypical Pinot Gris for the table, with white meats, poultry and terrines.
GEWURZTRAMINER RESERVEVery aromatic with pure notes of rose, spices, and exotic fruit. It presents a rich, extra-ripe finish to the palate with notes of honey, without being heavy. As an aperitif, solo, with strong cheeses (Munster, Bleu, Epoisses, for example...) and also to accompany exotic cuisines.
CREMANT D'ALSACE BRUT EXTRA
Devised with deference to the champagne method, this crémant is distinguished by a great aromatic finesse. It is distinguished and well-balanced on the palate. As an aperitif or solo this will unfailingly delight your guests.
EAU DE VIE MARC DE GEWURZTRAMINER
Made from the pulp and skins of gewurztraminer. Very aromatic, redolent of the aromas of the vine.
